Our new project
After the tough year 2020, when our school had to close for five months due to Corona, we are on a divine path in 2021. Since September 2020 we have been using the workaway.info platform to find volunteers for our school. Since then we have had visitors from different countries and have received many donations. This year we have already bought a lot of land and started planting potatoes, beans and a lot more. In addition, we were able to start building the new school in April, as enough money was raised for the first building. In this video we are introducing our plans for the new bigger Risen School. It´s gonna be a Pre- and Primary School for all children of Mafinga. No matter if poor, rich, healthy or ill.

That´s how it goes, if you start building a new school in Tanzania, Africa. If you have got enough money and all the papers ready, you can call your friends and just start building. Of course the requirements are not as strict as in other countries, what makes it much easier and also faster. We started building in April 2021.
A new vision.
It is well known that the standards in Africa are not so easy to compare with those of the western world. In order to continue to bring knowledge and experience from all over the world to Mafinga, we dream of a bungalow village next to the new school. In the video below, Amanda (Canada) and Christa-Maria (Germany) present the new vision.
